សម្រាប់វគ្គសិក្សានេះ លោកអ្នកនឹងមិនចំណាយពេលលើស ពី៦០នាទីឡើយ។ លោកអ្នកនឹងចាប់ផ្ដើមជាមួយការធ្វើបុរេ តេស្ដ រួចវីដេអូអំពីប្រភេទដឹកនាំទាំង៦។ ក្នុងកំឡុងពេល ១ ម៉ោងនោះ លោកអ្នកនឹងធ្វើការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងអំពីបទពិសោធន៍ ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងគិតអំពីស្ថានភាពផ្សេងៗដែលសមស្របជាមួយ នឹងប្រភេទដឹកនាំនីមួយៗ។ ដើម្បីទទួលវិញ្ញាប័ណ្ណបត្របញ្ចប់ លោកអ្នកត្រូវតែធ្វើតេស្ដសាជាថ្មី។

This course will not take over 60 minutes to complete. You will begin with taking a pretest followed by a video screencast about the 6 leadership styles. During the 1 hour course, you will be reflecting a lot about yourself and also will be asked to think of examples/situations that are best for each leadership style. You are required to complete the post test at the end to get the certificate.
